Delivery Fees & Condition

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and weight. Current rates are available during the checkout process on our website. All shipments are dispatched in perfect condition from our facility.

Important Verification: By signing “received” on the delivery note, the recipient acknowledges that the order was received in satisfactory condition. Please do not sign if you notice visible external damage or shortages.

Hidden damages or discrepancies discovered after delivery must be reported to GetBig Support within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes deemed acceptance of the product. Typical orders are shipped the very next business day. Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on the following Monday. Average delivery time ranges between 5-7 working days.

  • Risk Management: GetBig Mercantile Private Ltd assumes the risk of damage or deterioration during transit. We ensure that our products reach you exactly as advertised on our website.
  • Address Verification: PIN codes are verified against our logistics database before payment processing. If your area is unserviceable, you may provide an alternate address within our coverage.
  • Acceptance Obligation: Customers are bound to accept deliveries for purchased products. Neglecting or refusing delivery may lead to liability for associated costs or a review of future ordering privileges.
  • Title Transfer: The legal title and interest in the products pass to the customer only upon full payment and successful delivery.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising between the customer and GetBig Mercantile Private Ltd regarding this policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the company, adjudicated under the Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996.

Jurisdiction: All legal proceedings shall fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Calicut Courts. Arbitration sessions will be held in the District Courts of Calicut.
